Return & Exchange Policy

You are entitled to an exchange or refund for regular price for merchandise within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note item must be returned unused, unworn, unscratched soles, in its original packaging including original box.

After receiving your email, a prepaid return shipping label will be sent to you.

Once we receive your item, please allow 3-4 days to process your return or exchange. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.
